In three years, Tanos has acquired interest in over a dozen producing fields within the Ark-La-Tex area. In addition, the company has drilled eight horizontal wells targeting the lower Cotton Valley formation in the Sabine Uplift area of the East Texas Basin. Operated by Tanos Exploration, these wells were drilled to depths ranging from 9,800’ to 11,100’ true vertical depth with total lateral displacements of 2,500’ to 4,000’. After multiple stages of hydraulic fracture stimulation, they are placed on production. |
