WHT Energy Partners, LLC is a joint venture between Tanos Energy, LLC and WildHorse Resources, LLC formed in February 2011 to acquire assets in Carthage and Minden fields in Texas and Spider field in Louisiana. Both joint venture companies are existing portfolio companies of Natural Gas Partners, an investment company that provides direct equity funding to energy enterprises.
